My additional comments below, if it will help Microsoftįix the bug in the next release (FYI, I use a two monitor set-up with the main screen being my laptop and the secondary monitor, positioned above the laptop.) Not sure why no one else is having the issue but your responses did the trick. To all here, thank you!! This has been driving me crazy - and my management - ever since the update to 16.28.130.
